1. WHAT YOU ARE BUYING
For each payment you receive a single, permanent entry in The Pit's public digital ledger: three characters (your "mark") and an amount of "meters" equal to the dollars paid. That entry is the entire product. You receive nothing else of monetary value. There is no prize, no chance, no winnings, and no game of skill or luck.
2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS
The ledger entry is a digital good delivered immediately upon successful payment. All purchases are therefore final and non-refundable.
3. WAIVER OF THE 14-DAY WITHDRAWAL RIGHT (EU)
By completing payment you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that, once your entry is recorded, you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content under EU consumer law.
4. AGE
You must be at least 18 years old and the lawful holder of the payment method used.
5. PUBLIC, PERMANENT, AND MODERATED
Your mark is shown publicly and is intended to be permanent. Marks are anonymous and shared — you do not own a mark, and anyone may add meters to any mark. We may refuse or remove any mark at our discretion, including offensive or unlawful content.
6. NO WARRANTIES
The Pit is provided "as is," for entertainment and artistic purposes, with no warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from its use to the fullest extent permitted by law.
